Chai Spiced Energy Bites

Ingredients
1/2 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
1/2 cup Almonds (raw)
2 tbsps Hemp Seeds
1 cup Pitted Dates (medjool)
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
1 1/2 tsps Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Almond Butter
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Ground Ginger
1/2 tsp Cardamom (ground)
1/4 tsp Black Pepper (ground)
1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
1/4 tsp Nutmeg (ground)
1/4 tsp Sea Salt (fine grain)
Directions
Pulse almonds and 1/2 cup shredded coconut in food processor until well ground.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until all ingredients are combined into a dough-like consistency.
Roll a teaspoon size amount between the palms of your hands to form a ball.
If you like, roll into either shredded coconut or sesame seeds to coat.
Store in the refrigerator in a glass container.
Make it quick
Instead of all the warming spices, I quite often simply use 2 teaspoons of a Chai Spice blend.
