  • 1 Banana (small or 1/2 large)

  • 1/2 Avocado (freeze the other half)

  • 1 cup Kale Leaves (organic preferred)

  • 1 cup Spinach (organic preferred)

  • 1/2 Lemon (peeled)

  • 2 tbsps Ginger (peeled and diced for easy blending)

  • 2 tsps Turmeric (peeled, diced)

  • ​1 cup Organic Coconut Milk

  • 1/2 cup Frozen Berries (or fresh when in season for topping)

  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds (for topping)

  • 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds (for topping)

  • 1 tbsp Sunflower Seeds (for topping)


  • Blend smoothie ingredients till smooth.

  • Pour into your bowl and top with, berries, chia seeds, hemp seeds and sunflower seeds.

  • Enjoy right away!

Banana Tips
Use 1/2 of a large banana and freeze the rest! Tip: we love using frozen bananas in our smoothies, peel and slice into quarters for easy blending.

No Coconut Milk?
Use any nut milk in its place! My super quick almond milk…Add 6-8 soaked almonds and 1 cup of filtered water to the blender before the other smoothie ingredients. Blend and voila! Healthy, unprocessed almond milk!!

Want extra protein?
Add 1/2 scoop of protein powder (you don’t need a full scoop to macro-balance and it also avoids over-powering the fresh ingredient, refreshing flavour of the smoothie). We love vegan, sprouted, natural vanilla, gluten-free protein powders.

No Protein Powder?
Add 2 tablespoons of Hemp Seeds!
